PC-PoS offer a total services programme. Our site incorporates a state-of-the-art warehouse facility, totally computerised from taking the customer's order enquiry to despatch of the goods. Within this facility is a purpose built workshop specifically designed to support all aspects of warranty on all products sold, including a back to base repair facility with complete telephone and on-line support - all carried out by fully qualified engineers.

We also have an extensive area devoted to pre-delivery activity; ranging from standard software loads to full system hangering. All services offered by PC-PoS are tailored to individual customer requirements.

In fact, we actively promote customers involvement in the process by making the facility open to them at any time, should it be required.
